Common questions.
- What happens if I go over a limit?
- Request and bandwidth limits are soft. You get a warning at 80% of your allowance, keep operating at 100%, and only sustained heavy overage is throttled. Myna never takes published content or assets offline because of an overage. Over the daily report ceiling, Feedback keeps accepting submissions and marks them spam for a moderator rather than refusing them. A burst of genuine reports during an incident is the worst moment to start dropping them.
- Do CLI, dashboard, or agent calls count as API requests?
- No. Only public content API requests count toward the allowance. Management, preview, CLI, dashboard, SDK-management, and MCP calls are unlimited on both plans, and agent actions are never billing units.
- What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?
- Cancelling keeps Pro through the period you already paid for, then downgrades to Free entitlements. After a failed payment you keep full access for a week with warnings before restrictions ramp up. Existing published content and assets always stay online. Myna never deletes or unpublishes content because of a downgrade or payment failure.
- Who handles billing and invoices?
- Polar is our merchant of record. Polar handles checkout, taxes, invoices, refunds, and subscription collection; Myna itself never stores your payment details.
